Have been dealing with them for over 35 years. They will try to fix it to save you money and not sell you a new lock. Now dealing with the third generation of family there. You cannot go wrong.

I understand why De Cesare's has such a high satisfaction rating. I was searching high and low for a hard to find item. De Cesare's did a thorough inventory search and didn't carry it. So they found a store that did! I mean hunting and referrals, even directions! I mean, talk about customer service. It took me back to the times of community stores that care about the community.
